Our Commission:
After the consumer’s 7 day cooling-off period has expired and within no more than 30 days of the consumer having received the item(s), payment will be made to the vendor and a facilitator’s fee of 25% will be deducted by the platform for services provided. In the case of returned item(s), the product purchase cost of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the total amount transferred. For more information please navigate to point 6 Terms of Payment in the vendor terms & conditions.

Step 1:
Navigate to the vendor registration page and fill out the form. Please be aware that you need to start off your registration in English and that you need an active PayPal account to receive payouts from the platform. Your email entered here should be the same as the email of the Paypal account. If you do not have an active PayPal account please register one here.
Step 2:
After you’ve clicked the Register button you will receive an email with the confirmation of your registration. The Bokeh administrator will review your application and decide if it’s ready to be approved. If not you’ll receive an email from us what details you should amend.
Step 1:
As soon as your profile is approved you’ll receive an email with a link to the login page. The first time you navigate to this page you’ll be asked to fill in a desired password.
Step 2:
After you login to our system you’ll be redirected to the normal account. Here you can click the a button with ‘Vendor Dashboard’ which in order to navigate to your dashboard where you can manage the shop.
Step 3:
To finish your profile please navigate to the ‘Store Settings’ tab and fill out all input fields. In this ‘Store Settings’ tab you’ll be asked to upload your logo as well. Please be aware a logo file needs to be in .jpeg or .png format with a 82 dpi quality. When your English profile is ready you can click ***** to amend and finish your Arabic translation.
Step 1:
To start publishing and selling products on the Bokeh Platform please navigate to the ‘Products’ tab in your profile. This is where you will view and manage your products.
Step 2:
To publish a new product click on the ‘Add New’ button on top of the displayed screen. Setting up (variable) products is a very comprehensive process which we’ve described in our vendor manual. If you run into any problems with setting up or publishing products please contact us at vendor@bokeh-platform.com.
Step 3:
Please make sure that you assign the correct product category to your product. This is mandatory to show your product in the correct shop page categories. You can assign these categories on the right side of the displayed screen. This proces is outlined in our vendor manual.
Step 4:
When you’re done with editing your product click the blue ‘Submit for Review’ button on the right side of the displayed screen.
Step 5:
The Bokeh administrator will receive a notification and will review your product. If there are any remarks on your product photos, price and/or it’s description you’ll receive an email from us which contains information on what elements of the product you need to amend. If we do not have any remarks the administrator will approve the publication of the product and it will be automatically placed in the shop.
